this is one of those moments
you know, the sighing moment
the crying moment
the "think i'm slowly dying moment"

this is one of those times
you know, the time when you're blue
the time when you're down
the time when you think you're gonna drown

this is the instant
the worst of all
when no one can hear you screaming
and you're all alone
in a cloud of gloom
because no one can percept your hidden feelings

this is the occasion
when time seems to stop
and the world around you spins
and you desperately need
to clear your head
or else the darkness wins

today is the the day
and i need to be strong
have to hold on
have to carry going on
because depsite EVERYTHING
i know there is hope
